A low growing, drought tolerant, disease resistant fine-leafed
grass. Ideal for home lawns, parks, roadsides,
reclamation, golf course roughs, and low maintenances
areas. It is adapted to well-drained, medium-acid to
mildly alkaline soils. Top growth tends to fall over
(lodge) as it matures resulting in effective height being
lower. Used extensively for erosion control and soil
